About Clare Mills…
Clare Mills is a contemporary artist based in North Cornwall, specialising in paintings from an aerial perspective.
Having studied Art & Graphic Design, Clare ventured off in 2002 to travel, visiting some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and mountains. Surrounded by the elements, and immersed in surf and snow culture, Clare began experimenting with sea and snowscapes - a passion that has stayed with her since.
Clare's evolution into aerial perspectives has allowed her to further explore the unique colours, shapes and shadows that these landscapes can depict. Her aim is to tell the simple, joyful stories of time spent by the sea and in the mountains.
Clare is currently working on a new collection of sea and snow inspired work whilst continuing to offer limited edition fine art prints and commissions.
